Retirement home regulator revokes licence of residence evacuated after COVID-19 ‘crisis’
The Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) has issued an order to revoke the licence of the Rosslyn Retirement Residence in Hamilton, site of the city's deadliest COVID-19 outbreak.

Paul Johnson, director of Hamilton’s emergency operations centre (EOC), says the city was brought on board to address the problem on Friday and that “staffing levels are critical” at the facility.
